Then what is the instance? You said in an earlier post "how can you call a charge with you feet still moving". So what is it?
The definition of a charge in the rulebook mentions the word torso about 3 times. Paraphrasing here, but a charge is when the defensive player has proper defensive position and the offensive player dislodged the defender by making contact with the defender's torso.
The defensive player can be moving. He doesn't have to fall. Heck, he can even jump.

Very impressive performance from Kelly last night. I don't think there was ever a point in the game when PV was in control.
I was just thinking that if Kelly manages to win both the girls and boys district championships that it would be the first time a school has swept the district since Gate City.
